Wane needs to do the honourable thing after sending out his team with those tactics. If he hasn't got the guts to fall on his sword then the board of Wigan should take the descision for him. There is no room in RL for those sort of tactics.

It will bring nothing but embarrassment to the sport.

Feckin footballers taking the moral high ground? Whoever would have thought of that. Would also suggest they watched the same edited clip that didn't see flower instigating.

Tbf if there's two footballers who can take the moral high ground it would be Lineker and Owen.

Probably right about Lineker but Owen is widely reviled in football as being egotistical, selfish and thouroughly unlikeable.
