When can you ring to vote? The number I have has said it isn't recognised? Is it a fix or are the lines not open yet?

I'm not watching it as I find stuff like that incredibly boring but I'll still vote.

Surely the registration is for online votes only (restricted to one per person), and isn't required for phone voting?
