A lot of Australian players can not cope or handle the Northern England Towns.
Its a culture that is miles away from anything they can relate to.
Its hard for players like Monaghan and King that have been transported to teams where they supposed Stars that have to do it all with average talent around them.
Barrett had enough after one year
St Helens own Lyon said it was average standard and left is Man of Steel trophy behind when he left.

Poor coaching makes you drop passes? Or miss tackles? Or just look like you're not interested in anything other than banking the cash?
I've heard it all now.

they sure looked interesed in australia.
how do you expect a star player to listen to someone who knows a lot less about RL than them
i mean what could they learn from that coach.
its not as if either had average nrl coaches either, bellamy and hasler are the at the top of their game.
when teams as a whole dont look interested its not the players.
if you havent heard any of this before, turn up your hearing aid

We manage to listen to you, I'd think if we were getting paid to do so we might actually take some notice.

the 2nd part of that sentence contradicts the first.
so not only is your hearing poor, it looks like senility is setting in grandad.
have a cup of tea and a good lie down, and think back to the good ole days of winter rugby

I'm not having that quality players just 'aren't interested'.
Matt King is not a quality player. He can't step, he's NO pace and he struggles to brush off sean Long on a half break.
I can however see in a quality team how he'd get 15 or 16 run ins when left one on one 5 or 10 yards out.
As a centre, he isn't half as good as Glees or Gidley in SL.
