Coming through now

Sarginson, Mossop, Isa, FPN - all no charge

Edit - FPN, no charge for the hair pull, Grade A charge for the punch.

Zero game ban for FPN. Great stuff.

As full a quota as possible for the semi.

I hope Lenagan has sent the gift baskets out by special delivery.

No charge for Ablett either. How can this sport get any more embarrassing.

What a pointless response. First, where is your evidence that legal tackles to the legs cause accidents. (Illegal ones are not relevant - they shouldn't happen and if they do should be penalized). There isn't any that I know of, other than the obvious fact that for every 1000 legal tackles of any sort, a fairly predictable small percentage will unpredictably result in some unintended injury.

Stefan ratchford, 2013 Grand Final, two up top and Harrison Hansen comes in at an odd angle from behind through what was designated his hip and deemed a legal challenge. But Hansen took his leg out and he fell so awkwardly with two tacklers on top, and one underneath pushing his leg in a different direction, it was so awkward looking you could imagine it on a fail army video on YouTube.

Yeah injuries do happen, I understand that, see the boudebza tackle, I think that was an accident, and didn't deserve 4 games, but the type of thing you see repeatedly in wigan is the lunging really hard with the shoulder at the knees and lower unexpectedly.

That's all I'm talking about

Second, how do you "tackle properly" a strong forward who is surrounded by defenders but is stil freel powerful enough to be making ground, which is why the ref has not called "held"?

It is easy to say the ref should call held very early, but surely you don't want to see barnstorming powerful thrusts through the advantage line neutered by almost immediate calls of "held"?

And speaking of pointless responses, having read this again, you seem to be addressing something the rest of us aren't talking about.

Would love to see some stats regarding bans. After Friday's game, could Wigan potentially have the most players banned for any one game this weekend?

You're just not getting it are you? We're talking about coached "tactics" of continual foul play, purposely attempting to injure "road kill" to put up on changing room and training ground walls. Week-after-week the same type of tackling throughout the team. Not individual incidents like an eye gouge by one Leeds player or Westwoods' punch on Green in the '13 GF that Wigan fans always seem to bring up as their defence of their "tactics". These are just stupid brain farts that are terrible incidents but they are not part of a club ethos.

At the end of day, who's truly losing out here? You're trying to get oppo fans frothing at the mouth, but if you look inward half your fans seem to hate your style of play and it's not bringing you any trophies either.
