Nope....but his club is a member of the organisation which the RFL represent and anything that he says or does publicly that could be seen as detrimental to that organisation will be dealt with...as it has been here.
If he doesn't like the rules, why doesn't he organise a breakaway league where he and his mates can sign all the Burgess clan and get upset when the stadiums are still 60% empty......

What is it about SL fans in greater Manchester?
Wigan fans gave a very similar reaction to any criticism of Sam Tomkins as Salford fans are giving over the mad doctor.
Must be something in the water.

It's not even criticism.......the majority of fans like the Dr and his attitude but he's got to learn that sometimes, shouting the loudest and swearing won't win you the argument. He's on the naughty stair now....and he's still having a pop at Knock down Nigel......if he's not careful, he'll be sent to bed with no tea

I wonder if he's reached down the back of the sofa and found his £1k fine money yet.

I also see his wife is close to submitting a bid to takeover the Bulls, that's another vote secured for the marquee rule. Should be in sooner rather than later.

You see from where that his wife is close to buying the Bills?
If the RFL allow him to buy 2 clubs then they will be in court with a bigger opponent that bed-man moore pretty sharpish....they ripped IL's shares In London off him without batting an eyelid....if they now say dual ownership is cool....then he (and david hughes) will be all over them like scabies.

From what I understand it's not just his wife it's another 2 businessmen going in with her, come on if saving another SL club PROPERLY is a bad thing we might Aswel just pack up and go home now.
