I don't see the problem with it personally.

What's important to some people doesn't have to be with Keith Senior.

He earned his medal/memorabelia and he has a right to do what he wants with it and not be judged for doing so.

Hardly been the angry outcry on here that the Sun claim. Mainly the opposite. Its his medal therefore its upto him what he does with it.
