In the hard copy, which cost money to print it won't even get a 1/4 page...no one cares in the UK...SIMPLE AS. It is one of the reasons league struggles....the bias of the press towards union.

the London press will give this more than a cursory mention. League doesn't exist according to the UK media in general. Regional editions (M62 CORRIDOR) will maybe carry more, but the rest of the country will only care about the prospect of liverpool v fulham in a european final.
