Last year i'd have said Bridge was the best British centre, he probably still could be, but he doesnt half look overweight and a bit slow and he's been on the sidelines more often than not this year. He needs a run of games or i'd be inclined to look elsewhere for the exiles game tbh
Has Yeaman failed at international level? I thought he played pretty well in the games he played in 2006. He didn't get picked again after that because of his poor form in the league afterwards (which pretty much mirrored Hull's poor form in the league ever since 2006 ended!)

best debut i've ever seen....especially when he smashed mark gasnier who then limped off never to return
With the England V Exiles game little over 6 weeks away I would say he has a good chance if selection is on current form. I would guess this may not necessarily be the case but more with one eye on the next world cup (with it not been classed as a full international).
Do I think Yeaman is Englands answer in the centres? I dont believe we have any centres now or in the immediate future who are in the same class as their Oz or NZ counterparts but as things stand there are no better English left centres available for selection.
27 years old isnt he? In his prime and always seems to rise to the challenge. As mentionned actually played very well down under in the GB side 5 years ago but was made somewhat of a scapegoat for the NZ defeat.
Did actually play and score in the All Golds game in 2007 but got injured denying him the chance to play in the series against the Kiwis.
imagine how much more credibility your post would have if you could spell Yeaman's name
Please accept my apologies for my spelling mistake, I promise I won't scour this site for any spelling or grammatical errors that you may have made as that would just be petty
So, you think that Yeaman is the a wingers centre then?
