Salford need to stop the sh|thouse tactics. If they want to prove their toughness then firstly put a better defensive effort in and then put some big hits in. They've done neither.
Poor defence against a quick but disjointed attack coupled with pathetic niggly stuff. No-one respects a player who does those niggly things, especially if they don't do the "real" tough stuff. Compare and contrast Jamie Peacock & Ryan Bailey.
