Great game of rugby league. Fantastic atmosphere, Wigan were breathtaking and dominant in all areas for the first 25 minutes, coupled with us making alot of dumb mistakes, then fortunately they brought McIlorum on which helped us back into the game. I thought some of the tries we scored to get us within two we're out of this world stuff. Towards the end we had to force it a little and we had a few things go wrong, i.e Monas kick on the first for King and Solomona going off who was causing havoc. Wigan were clinical in their eventual execution of us. Proud of Wire today and gave us a little glimpse to the future. Silverwood was awful as per, but I expect no less. Tomkins is a world class player and by far the best english player in SL. Wigan are a champion side and would be a worthy winner of taking our title as challenge cup. Good luck over the next month and a bit.
Smith is good enough to push Wire into the top four even after this start. All he has to do is get them to tackle and they'll be better than 80% of the teams in the comp.

I agree.

He has plenty of attacking potential in that squad, he just needs to make them tighter. He did a good job with Leeds defensively.

Better stadium? Now come on seriously!
Bigger investors yes. But they just seem to go out and buy top players but they all seem to play as individuals and not a team.

at least they manage to fill it by more than 50%

Agree attacking they are one of the best teams in SL but stupid errors and too many miss tackles let them down but Smith will sort that out if he can get the players like King, Briers, Gleeson and Monaghon to be more consistent Wire will be in the top3 imo
