Hull FC suffered two serious injuries in that game. They were forced to play with a two man bench. Add that to the fact that the superstar winger Tom Briscoe -- a matchwinner if ever there was one --- was out for most of the second half, then you can understand how Hull KR won.

Hull FC is a great club, supported by hard working people, that offers a lot to the natonal profile of the game.

Hull KR was once a good club, that has now deteriorated into a club supported by estate dwelling benefits recipients. Its main claim to fame was the presence of the great Roger Millward in the team thirty years ago. Now it survives onfield with the efforts of Australian imports, including the former Toulouse coach Justin Morgan. Remove the Australians, especially Morgan, Dobson, Webster, Vella, and Galea, and the club would fall to pieces on the field.

Take the Australians out of Hull FC and it would still be a strong club.

You forgot to mention the years and years of being in SL with Sky money to develop your club, while we were starved of any cash coming into the sport. Also you conveniently forget that when you were on the brink of being booted out of SL for financial problems, you were saved by an AUSTRALIAN chairman, an AUSTRALIAN coach and a squad full of AUSTRALIAN and other overseas players who moved en-bloc to the Boulevard.

Its an unfortunate reality that clubs cannot develop a youth policy overnight. espcecially when they have had no cash and had to gain SL status the hard way (ie not given it on a plate).

We are doing what we have to do to be competitive and in a few more years we will see the fruits of the work that is going on at the club, as yours has.

As for your comments about hard working people and sink estate fans, you will see just as many FC fans coming out of Preston Rd as Rovers fans and just as many hard working fans supporting Rovers as do FC, so stop being a pillock.

When I see the likes of the infantile "Roofs," with his emoticon addled rants infesting every nook and cranny of this message board, sometimes linking up with the notorious ne'erdowells like "vastman" from Wakefield, you start to wonder what kind of education some Hull KR supporters are getting, and how they could possibly earn an honest living wage.

The statement that we're all estate dwelling benefit recipients, like most of your statements could best be described as a popular phallusy Albert. In other words you're talking out of your d!ck.
