Very much doubt he is getting a British working visa!

Why is that though?
Plenty of immigrants to the UK have far worse criminal backgrounds.
His drinking and urinating would fit right into many scenes that are played out every week in many English Town Centres, he just needs to add fighting to his resume.

The border control laws seem to be pretty ordinary.

Mick Crocker was refused a visa and his only offence was drunken affray in 2005.

Bird and Carney were refused in the same year, a noted difficult year for visa's.
