Penny has pace and balance and the ability to score tries even in the tightest spots, something you either have or you don't, the reason people liken him to offiah. He does seem reasonable in the air (i believe he had a bit of a mare last night under the bomb however) however his one on one tackling is very poor but that is something that can be improved and the lad has only played a handfull of games. Unfortunately for penny, times have changed since offiah's day as (generally) wingers are bigger these days.
He looks like he has the makings of o great 'old fashioned' winger, he'll need to be in a decent side that can protect him to allow him to show off his talents.
