You sound like a sales rep for some building company.
I will be amazed if any developers have the money to splurge on a risky investment like Wakefield -- especially when Castleford will have a gleaming new stadium so close by.
It will be like pouring scarce money down a rathole, since Wakefield don't have the local paying fan base that a more prosperous community like Warrington has. |
