You've got to admit it though Vasty - there something about PNG players that are exiting to watch. Shorter than most in stature but strong as a ox around the shoulder area and hard to tackle. Not the greatest nation at defending but the stars of the world cup were brilliant in attack. I for one am looking forward to Garry Lo getting a start at Tigers and taking the "route-one" approach - something we haven't seen since the departure of Justin Carney. Granted we've seen the flash stuff from Solomona and Eden in recent season's but this player could be a revelation in SL.

You just cannot admit when you are wrong. You remind me of Donald Trump.

I agree. Garry Lo has a similar build and a similar attacking style to Justin Carney, ball in hand. He just needs a few opportunities in getting good ball, to establish himself as a star and crowd favourite.

BTW not all the PNG players are short. The sadly deceased Kato Ottio was quite tall, as are Wellington Albert and Nene Macdonald.

To admit your wrong you have to be wrong and I'm not.
You're a bufoon and rather more like Trump than I am.

I have been to PNG, three times actually and if you think that nation and its players are the saviours of SL your even dumber than you sound.

This WC threw up a better than average PNG side and because of that some on here led by you the court jester are wetting themselves.

I'll say it again if these PNG players like Lo were as good as you make out they would be in the NRL where many if the better English players are - please explain their absence?

PNG did well at the World Cup mainly because they were playing at home in front of a passionate crowd (which was great for the game I'd have given them a QF tie ) but apart from the odd gem the players are so so when we signed Stanley Gene in the 90s the guy who came over with him was supposed to be the better player but within two years he was playing for West Hull

From first viewing today, we have replaced Fonua pretty well with Faraimo. First carry he sat Aiton on his backside and then powered through 3 for his try

It is hard to judge players and teams in preseason friendlies, and doubly so when the conditions are rain, ice or snow.

Your English grammar is appalling.

I implied that the Albert Brothers, along with the charismatic David Mead and Paul Aiton, will be making a contribution to Super League on February 4th. Garry Lo's contribution also will be not long coming.

As for the past PNG contributors to Super League we have not only Paul Aiton, but also the tyro Stanley Gene, Makali Aizue and the champion winger Marcus Bai.

Wont every SL player who goes on the pitch be making a contribution. Weather it be good or bad, its still a contribution
