In Amsterdam, I've watched rugby in Coco's Outback (http://www.cocosoutback.com/ before now and they have plenty of screens. The grub's good too.

Super League games are live on Fox Soccer Plus in America so seek out somewhere with that. Maybe someone can be more specific for you but worst case you can catch it on that.
