who ever is in charge of recruitment at wakefield are doing well. if they sign a promising halfback the bloke or woman deserves a fat bonus.

I'd take that - looks really decent and thought he would feature quite a lot for Leeds?

That would be a bad move. Sutcliffe is good enough to feature in the Rhinos starting 17 frequently next season, he is better learning from Sinfield, McGuire & Burrow than anything Wakefield will have to offer. Tough competition at Leeds next season but let him fight for a place.

its quite easy to thrash out a good deal with a rival club from the comfort of your bedroom!

But at Leeds he isn't going to be starting as a half every week. Especially with Aiton signed as Burrow will be playing less at hooker and more as a half then there is actually more limited space for Sutcliffe in 2014 than in 2013. Plus don't forget Sutcliffe played plenty of his game time in the pack rather than as a half.
A season long loan at a SL club, assuming he's playing regularly as a half, would be better for him in my opinion. I think McGuire, Burrow & Sinfield plus Ward if necessary can adequately cover 6 & 7 for us.

Since Kath Hetherington joined the Wakefield board the number of transfers from Leeds has increased, the fact her husband is CEO at Leeds is just pure co-incidence

yeah, there were next to no former leeds players at Wakefield before KH started there.

Being realistic Sutcliffe has a good chance of keeping the 6 shirt in my opinion.....and he is certainly the future. McGuire is more likely to make way.
