Probably Wire's most consistent player. A further nail in Lowes' coffin.

Glad he got banned....and anyone thinking the punishment is harsh needs to look at the big picture. I've seen this guy play numerous times on Sky and when Warrington travel to Quins....he is CONSTANTLY throwing high shots. He needs to sort himself out...how hard can it be to not smack someone in the face??? there is this massive thing called a torso that I guess atleast ONE of his coaches could tell him about...most other players aim for it!!

Have fun sitting in the stands Ben "Mongey Ogre" Westwood!! :)

I'm not quite sure how you make that connection, surely the enforced absence of key players would help Lowes in terms of excuses for defeats, rather than hinder him?

I mean we all know that they would lose anyway, but on paper?

Totally off topic your sig is quality.

Back on topic I think the ban is right but the RFL have got to be consistent now and when O' Loughlin or Newton do it make sure they also get tghe same ban.

Is it Easter already? You're not due back for 6 weeks. Good to hear from you though.
I think the time for excuses for Lowes is over. The thumping they took from Cats wasn't due to Wire having disproportionate numbers of players out. They've got 3 very loseable matches coming up; if they lose all them I would expect Lowes to be sacked before the easier run that follows (with Morley & Nigel Wright as caretaker coaches).

Back? Sadly I've not been anywhere though if you have free tickets . . .

I'm not making excuses for Jimmy, though, I'm with the "too soon to be a head coach" camp. Though the perennial underperformance of Warrington under different coaches does take some explaining, but that's a different question.

I'm beginning to put it down to a few players being past their best.
Everyone talks about Saints' team being old, the average age is 27 but ours at Warrington is 29. I think certain players aren't hitting the form they once did.

Indeed, since DVDV I've been expecting.

Bit harsh IMO, he does have the odd brain fart but he is a key player for Wire's back row. They definitely miss him when he's not there.

Thats fine untill he breaks a jaw or shatters an eye socket, and thats only a matter of time the way he's going.
