Surprising given there were 14 players from Hull on the field, you'd have thought there would have been a bit more passion in the game. I blame Aussie coaches!
Why can't a controlled, focused side be passionate. Uk RL fans need to stop mistaking emotion for passion.
I agree, there was plenty of passion on show. Just need to look at the try celebrations to see what it meant to the players. What it didn't have is the usual aggression and niggling. Probably a good thing in my book, I'd rather see a focussed, committed display then a scrappy, niggly, aggressive affair.
