Mainly white shirt with black shorts, looks more like a Widnes kit.

Why so tetchey? You really don't like any criticism of Hull do you?
By the way, it does look like a Widnes shirt.

But Hull FC have a history of the shirt going back over 50 years. Did Widnes wear a white shirt with a black V before the last couple of years?

Hull played in an all white shirt with black shorts as far back as the 1930s.

Nobody said he had signed for Widnes. Some people just think it looks like a Widnes shirt. Apart from the Hull fans. It just makes them a bit, well, shirty I suppose.
