well....if i may jump in....
a 'pure australian' i guess would be an aboriginal chap...though i'm guessing he did'nt mean to use the term 'pure australian' in the racist manner you are trying to make out...
he,as it's already been pointed out,was trying to highlight the difference in the genetic make up between australians of european extraction & australians of pacific island extraction

your own words, explain them Because their genetic make up is different - do Darren Lockyear and Israel Folau look like they have the same genetic roots? They were probably both born in Australia - but that is the only thing they have in common. Either explain why you think they are the same or accept you are wrong and move on
