Out of what I've been to:
Worst Facilities - I'd say Wakefield, but I think that Belle Vue despite its antiquated and shabbyness, has quite a bit of a culture about it. It has the memoirs of where rugby league came from - working class, part-time background.
Similarly, Cas's is just the same but as it is about other sides, I'd have to say that Hull KR's and Salford's are the worst. The good news is that Hull KR have plans to rectify that, whereas Salford's is still very much just a pipe dream.
Worst Pitch - The worst pitch I've seen is probably the JJB, but that's mainly attributed to the fact it has a football team playing on it too.
Worst Fans - It would be wrong to label a minority as the worst fans. All fans have an element of their fanbase which the sport could do without.
