London is improving in the Championship (now 2nd). A second investor could give them the boost they need to become a successful Super League club.
No Cumbrian sides because they have neither sufficient population/fan base, nor a geographical centre, nor sufficient financial backing to succeed in Super League. Newbies Toronto and Montreal and Toulouse possess all of these vital factors. Moreover Toulouse just thumped Barrow Raiders at Barrow to show that they are a more serious candidate for Super League than the feeble Cumbrians.
