Valentine Holmes has left the New York Jets in the NFL, and will sign a 6 year, $5-6 million contract to play for the North Queensland Cowboys in the NRL.

You are probably right, although the Gold Coast Titans are also interested in trying to get Latrell. West's Tigers would be a stronger team than the Titans, but the Gold Coast is closer to Latrell's family in Taree I think.

Toronto were allegedly interested in Holmes, so now that they have missed out on him, expect Toronto to press harder to try to sign England RU centre Tuilagi.

With Latrell Mitchell it does. He has been listening to the troublemaker Anthony Mundine. Latrell could have stayed with the Roosters, who had groomed him and supported him when he had psychological problems, but he has little sense of loyalty. They offered him $800,000 a year, which is a fair price given his inconsistent form. The club that signs him for $1 million a year may come to regret it later.
