Think I read that Party in the park has been scrapped to save money, pity as a final league game with an earlish kick off and then all wobble up the hill to see some rousing entertainment would have been most fitting.

Still think with some of the musical talent we have that has come from Salford the club should try and sort something.

A Russel Watson, Hooky, Sweeney and Graham Nash (OK an adopted Salfordian but brilliant all the same) colabaration would be a good start.

Ryan Giggs is a Swinton fan and who can blame him for following the club his father played for.

As a side he is more recently due to Swinton not being very good a Wigan fan, and I'll guarantee he's watched Wigan more times than he's ever dreamt of watching Salford FACT.

Eh, how the fook did that happen? Apparently I got a life ban from RLFans 3 months ago for daring to question the authority of a Wigan mod & had to re-register under a different username but now I've managed to post under my old one....... very strange

cancelled because of cost of using the park, due to having to pay out for erecting a massive fence around the venue and security, we already have that in place, so set up at the club end after game and go from there.
