rumour going round simms and some of board not happy with parishs outspoken views ,want to get rid of him ,anyone else heard anything, boot out simms he,s a nice person

WTF should it have to do with Simms if true?! Truth hurts does it? Nobody cares what Simms thinks anymore. In MP we trust!!

Just been looking on the nrl players out of contract for 2012. 2 names pop out of the blue for me which id definately would look at bringing in to stiffen up our pack.Fui Fui Moi Moi from parramatta and Joe Gulavao from Manly . Two awesome props what would frighten a police horse.

can we just sign a Police Horse
we had a horse for years in the centres and no one noticed ....
accomodation would be cheap and I'll bet he'll play for peanuts , good for the pitch too

I'm hearing that Moore was lined up for Salford but Widnes have offered 'moore' money so he's going there.

With Feka and Anderson both being under contract and both being rather cack can't we simply let it be known that if anyone wants them they can have no for no fee? Pretty sure a Widnes or a Wakey would take one if not both of them. Would imagine that DJ and Patten aside they are the biggest earners at the club?.
I would personally like to see the money saved if we could release them spent on a big no nonesense prop being brought over from the NRL.
Do find the lack of signing activity worrying though, unless any targets we have are still involved in the finals series either over here or in the NRL.

maybe we are being out-bid for targets. On boots and all last night, they were saying that harlequins are spending the FULL cap this season....plus wakey have a new wealthy backer.....which means Im guessing we have the lowest playing budget in the league

Whilst I no its admiralable just how much our directors have put in......wouldnt it have been nice to spend full cap (or near enough) for the first couple of years at the new ground..to build up a head of steam...and attract new fans by winning more games with better players

just hope we dont live to regret it.....
