I'm with Chico on this. We could do with an American, or any decent fighter jet come to mention it, just to make sure that are no more unexpected events to delay us.

II.1.5) Short description of the contract or purchase(s):
3 major works packages.

a) Site remediation package including grading (cut and fill), ground stabilisation, screening and disposal of unsuitable material, imported filling, environmental / site logistical management.

b) Provision of site utilities and services including any necessary diversions.

c) Site infrastructure works including junction with Liverpool Road (A57).

Looks like all the pre-build will take us up to 24-9-2010

I guess the actual stadium build will take place after this work is done.

Starts on my sisters birthday. Ends the day after mine... Odd.

Same question from me. Pre build or whole thing? Surely the whole thing would need longer but having never built a stadium, what do I know.

That is literally just for the enabling works "package" if you will.

Basically, whichever Contractor wins the tender will be responsible for leveling the site, diverting any services necessary and putting the infrastructure in place for the roads.

Once this is completed, the site is then ready for the main men to come in and build the stadium which I would estimate at around possibly 14 months (ish).
