Surely not, I'd rather see TL going if another hookers coming in.

Hoods been one of the better go forward hookers we've had this century.

Surely TL's the option though, Hoods a better hooker and TL must be on a wedge.

Surely we've learned from last year no?

We need at least two hookers......and we have no recognised cover at FB.

Trust Sheens,and I'd certainly keep Tommy Lee first,but we do need at least 2 hookers and I can't imagine Hood being mega expensive.
I'm not sure what they're up to but they do seem to know what they're doing. That's what I keep telling myself,anyway !

Ha it's easy to get carried away and forget we've actually got the current / ex Aussie coach at the helm making the decisions

Logan Tomkins was 1st choice Hooker when Sheens came back for the Qualifiers - with Lee off the bench , Hood only got a sniff when Lee had to move to Stand Off .

so without prejudice to Hood who I quite liked , Hood was only 3rd choice under the new set-up , and they are having to spend wisely for the new squad .

Watson talks about two further additions in talks .
they preferred the loan player..

Very true middleman, I've just always rated hood going forward and thought we'd unearthed a gem when we gave him another chance.
Always preferred him over Tomkins, maybe an attitude thing the reason he left Leeds????
As has been said leave it too the coaching staff, just hope we have another hooker lined up if this is the case.

Cant see how letting these 2 go will free up that much cap space.Darrell Griffin was on a big contract so with his leaving maybe thats eased a few salary cap worries.Would much prefer we kept Hood who turned in some good performances last year and seemed to have a knack of giving us a lot of go forward when he came on.
