Contacting the Club : Sat Feb 20, 2010 12:07 pm
Has anyone else experienced the infuriating automated telephone system when contacting the club?Been trying for an hour this morning to find out where my pre-booked ticket is and have not got through to anyone. Copy of my e-mail to them below:
Good Morning,
I have spent the last hour (and about £20) frustratingly trying to contact you to find out why my ticket has not been delivered and how I can get hold of it. I called your new number provided below, this is how it went…..
Option 1 – Hospitality – I didn’t try this
Option 2 – Tickets & info – no answer at the ticket office; I held on the phone for 15 minutes whilst being told I was number 1 in the queue! No answer at the info line despite trying 10 times this morning! I do however know the home fixtures for the next month thanks to your long recorded message which unfortunately I seemed to stumble across at every turn.
Option 3 – Wolfware – No option to talk to anyone just a message telling me to check out the new range; not sure why this is even a telephone option!
Option 4 – Lottery – I’m not feeling very lucky today
Option 5 – Reception – Recorded message advised that I call 0871 622 1879!!!
One of the attractions of Rugby league for me is the personal touch and the feeling of being part of the club, this is an indication that this may be slipping away!
Please can someone call me on xx and tell me where my ticket is!!!
Ps. Now I need help of another kind!!!!
