Why? What do you want him to say? The board have done their bit - the coaching staff has been almost completely revamped in the last year or so so it's clear they have been willing to change things to get success. It's now up to Tony Smith and the players to turn things round.

I would like him to concede that we have certain problems within the team and have done for many years, i would also like to hear what if anything is going to be done about these problems.

Tony Smith hasn't got the club history knowledge to answer these questions and he wouldn't answer them anyway.
On the other hand Gatcliffe has been feeding the fans bull for a number of years, dancing around questions and looking on the bright side, im sick to death of hearing if you have a problem then e-mail me and ill see what can be done.

Try one of the fans forums, theres one at Burtonwood community centre next week. Not sure who's on the panel but i'm sure you're question will be welcomed face to face so to speak .
