If he’s found guilty of using inappropriate/offensive language again it should be immediate dismissal.

For perspective and understanding, it’s my understanding that he’s being investigated following an accusation of inappropriate language against Leigh on Friday.

Smells suspiciously like Leigh going out to deliberately provoke a reaction and when they get the slightest one, then one of their lot then tells tales after the game.

It's kind of telling that nothing was reported, or acted upon by the ref, during the actual 80 minutes?

Well if he was goaded and fell for it, then more fool him. If it's discriminatory language again, then I wouldn't be sorry to see him go.

The incident was put on report during the game by the referee, and he did signal it.

I can see that being an interesting hearing, where it can basically only be confirmed if one of McGuire's own team mates snitches on him, because surely if any of the neutral officials heard, he would have been sent off immediately?

No idea what he has or hasn't said, and fingers crossed there's nothing in it, but IF he's said something he shouldn't have and gets another big ban then I agree he should be dismissed.

He will obviously have been given quite a bit of education from the club regarding what is and isn't acceptable last time. If he's done it again then he's at worst an outright unpleasant person, and at best a sheer liability.

I just wish he'd put as much effort into his arms and legs, as he does his tongue (if true).

Tom Amone got away with it last time because the ref didn't actually hear what he said. So if he hasn't heard McGuire actually say anything then it's old school name calling Which can't be proved.

Wasn’t Charnley again was it? He seems to have a serious beef with the club and fans. I have no problem with Charnley, but he didn’t get the contract he wanted because he wasn’t playing at the level expected for that salary, and we needed to balance the cap better. Just business, but seems he’s bitter about it by the way he goads the fans and ex-team mates.

Something smells fishy in all of this.
Is it any coincidence that the first "indiscretion" (that's still debatable in its self if the reports from the first disciplinary are to be taken at face value) was submitted by leigh. And the 2nd "indiscretion" is from the same team. At the same ground. And I wouldn't be suprised if its the same players putting in the complaint.

Something is fishy in all of this.
