What a breath of fresh air Jimmy Lowes is .. Keep it up son ive played under coaches before and there is nothing better then a gaffer having abit of banter and cracking the odd joke.. Every player in that locker room will respect him and if they dont then they will be gone, Nothing wrong with banter good on ya Jimmy..
