he was one of the better players last season this season theres a lot worse than him...lets start by weeding out the long term sick and have a damage sale..see if theres any clubs out there in super league daft enough to buy them...

Are you for real?

Is it April 1st?

Is this your first post?

Have you ever watched Warrington?

One of the most inaccurate posts I've ever seen.
Although I appreciate that it's your view but I totally disagree.

Morley puts in some crowd-pleasing hits but does not represent the calming influence or the captaincy we need in the team at the moment (admittedly, I'm struggling to think of who else we could give the armband to).

Perhaps I'd respect him more if he spent less time providing soundbites to Neil Barker at the MEN and more time actually working with the coach to root out the problems inside the club.

or making predictions about where teams will finish in the league? always find that doing that a risky business unless you are nailed on to be successful yourself. all that happens is you get your cut out pinned up in the changing room by the clubs predicted to finish at/near the bottom and having an extra 10% extracted from their performance :)

I think you are being a touch harsh on Morley there tbh.

I can agree about the captaincy thing to an extent, however I think that the role of the captaincy is over stated by many. As long as you have plenty of experienc in your team you should be fine.

Morley in my eyes has never let us down, and he is working as hard as ever this year. His metres made is once again excellent.

He was the only player to face the fans in the bar after the game.

I think that Morley has been one of our better players.
His attitude is not in question and neither is the attitude of our Aussie imports. They are used to playing within a structure where attitude and discipline is far greater than our current set up.Hopefully Smith will sort this out.
I heard a story when Morley first arrived about a video session that started at 10 am. Everybody was there except two of our higher profile players who wandered in ten minutes late keeping everybody else waiting.
Afterwards Morley stood up and said what a great session but could everybody be on time at the next.He clearly wasn,t happy at the lack of professionalism within the squad.

Very disappointing in his Warrington career so far.

If he was from Australia, we'd all be saying what a waste of money he was.

And here lieth the problem!! We have too many "so called" big names that are totally "unwilling" to fully embrace professionalism. Look back at the recent history of our superleague performances and coaches/players that have come and gone, then and only then will you be able to carry out your own eliminations, to enable you to arrive at your own conclusions. Unfortunately the conclusions you will arrive at will involve a number of players that many fans and indeed board members, (for some unknown reason), feel that Warrington RLFC are incabable of operating without. Well ive got news for you all, not only are we more than capable of operating without these players, we as a club would actually go from strength to strength "without them" and none of these players will involve any of our recent Australian imports!!!!

I don't think that's fair at all. I think he's consistantly been one of our better performers overt he last couple of years, with being fantastic, he's found a consistant level of performance that is higher than most.
