tbh, not as gutted as I thought Iwould be. Maybe when the loss sinks in and think of what it would have meant being champions for the year, playing the World club challenge and doing the double etc. As the game went on and we were forcing passes, knock ons, all the penalties conceded especially on our line I thought it wasn't going to be our night. Leeds played really well and at times played the offload game like we have become known for.
Alright we can't win every final we are in, we have won the last three, all the good teams since super league began can't win them all, ie. Leeds, Bulls, Saints and Wigan. The players will be down for a while but we have been there now and experienced the final, not the result we wanted but it is another milestone for our team.
Overall a good season, winning the cup again and coming second and runners up in the GF, a few years ago we could only dream of being in that position.

Despite losing 5 on the trot, we have managed to be superleague champion 5 times as well. So its not always been doom and gloom, we have a successful superleague history, whilst most teams like yourselves don't have anything to savour.
We'll we are back to back champions (again) and the most successful team ever in Super League so we sort of do!
58 years and counting. wow that must hurt. I remember the pain before 2004. I think the experience will do you good and I can see a wire win in the next few years provided Mr Moran keeps his cheque book open (and the accountant stays on top of his job)
You certainly are, was refering to Warrington who have yet to achieve a successful superleague history, they tried there best though.
Cheers pal you quite clearly needed to explain who exactly you were insulting. because as Leeds and Warrington have managed to clean up all the big trophies between them over the last four years (bar wigans one Cup win) its really not a great argument you are trying to get across.
