Very good player but doesn't seem to learn or want to. If he knuckled down could still be a top winger imo

Nobody can force him to fulfil his massive potential, he is going to have to want to do that for himself. This is the right move by Smith under the circumstances. It's up to him to prove he is worth being back in the squad, it's plain to see that he has massively let the team down, over to you Tom you need to make up for this.
