I don't think anyone is fooled by beating Oldham, Widnes and Wakefield go get to Wembley.
Huddersfield have won the LLS. It is not a coveted prize.

No when it matters in the finals, we have not delivered in the last 4 years.

Whatever Smith has achieved with this club it will be a sad ending to his Wire cv IF they lose Thursday as the 1st ever time they would have lost their opening 6 league games.

That argument would make more sense if we had been a mediocre team that fluked their way to the Challenge Cup final. But we also made the Grand Final, by topping the league and beating St Helens in the playoffs.

We are rubbish now but we didn't fluke our way to finals last season. In all competitions our record was won 26 drawn 1 lost 10.

Last season's problems were us being a strong, consistent team that couldn't get over the line in finals which is like Bradford in the early years of Bullmania, or Saints when they were losing repeated Grand Finals to Leeds and Wigan.
