Oh no not the have you ever played the game card? I know plenty of ex players/pros/coaches and a fair few talk utter garbage about the game. I know a well respected scout (who also played to a decent level) he still prattles on about how Sam Tomkins is rubbish and always was. Luckily he’s not the scout for Warrington.

I always love it when someone comes out with the garbage, ‘have you ever played the game?’. It’s almost like you’re not allowed an opinion on something unless you’ve done it yourself. Incidentally, Daniel Anderson - never played the game - came over here and won the treble.

I'm guessing you have not. Of course you can have an opinion but to be so negative for many years when you've never played is a bit odd really & unfair on those you throw mud at.

Spot on. Granted it was an improvement on the past five weeks but some of our fans on here think you should get trophies for just competing nowadays.

I'm well past the point of being happy with what we get cause it's 'better' than where we were in 2002. I'm sick to the back teeth of the predictability of our seasons, of how things are gonna go when we play a team we should absolutely cane and end up embarassed. But getting up for it enough to challenge the top sides now and then. Watching us spiral and hoping we scrape into the playoffs, just to watch us crash out at the first hurdle.

I'm sick of being soft bellied and weak when it comes down to it. I want us to be ruthless. I want us to smack the ever loving crap out of a youngster from another team and make him think twice about continuing the ball up. Why aren't we hungry to win like Percival at Saints? He's a bell but he'll die for the cause. As I said there is only Ashton, Walker, Thewlis and Bullock right now doing that. Holroyd could join them, he has potential.

But until 1-26 are on the same page, we won't win anything. It really says something when the best aggression I see in our wh9le team (that stays on the right side of the line) comes from Ben bloody Currie.

I played, decent level, not pro.

Last season was crap.
Losing against 12 men for 75 mins was crap
vs Cas was crap
1st half vs Leeds was crap
Playing well at home and losing is crap.

First 7 games were decent
Comeback VS Salford was delightful
First loss to Saints was digestible
First loss to Wigan was also digestible

I've never been an actor but I know a crap film when I watch it...I've played rugby back in the 80s at no great level but again I know crap when I see it...we all know crap when we see it and we are seeing it now...it's up to the clueless hierarchy to sort this mess out...

He plays for St Helens ergo......that and the fact he looks like he definitely wears shellsuits, lingers around fruit machines and offers cut priced meats in public houses near closing time. Saying that he is one of the least hateful of the St Helens bunch, that's not saying much though.

There have to be some of them you like? Louie? He's a top guy. Surely you can't have anything against Roby or Lomax?
