It's also worth noting that the Police do not give the tickets out around the HJ, they are Wardens employed by the Council and nothing to do with the Police.

It's not often I drive down Long lane, but when I have, i haven't noticed any signs and just assumed it was 30. Perhaps I've been lucky. Where does it start and finish, and how long has it been in force?
