“aware of and actively attentive to important societal facts and issues (especially issues of racial and social justice).”

So just being a good person and interested in fairness really.

Indeed, as our friend cokey here as done, he's twisted it to mean that he and others get pulled up whenever they use outdated offensive/insulting terms now.
