Legal action could be incoming to both club and governing body.

If its even remotely true. I'm ashamed to be a fan of this club. And fitzpatrick, the coaching staff and fitzpatricks backroom staff should all be sacked and moran and Middleton should start looking elsewhere for a ceo who knows what they are doing and a coaching staff who back their player given the circumstances.

Surely it would have to be closer to true than remotely for the whole club to have a reset? As it is Mr McGuire Senior is a moron and his son also.

According to Maguires father. They blocked both appeals. The pre season 1 and also the latest one.

Huddersfield want to recruit for now but cap space is an issue.
Looks like they are prepared to off-load one or more of their squad to make room. Each time Ive seen the Giants this year I dont think Livett has figured so perhaps there is some frustration there.

Bad news to hear him being a pally influence on Dufty, Vaughan and Drinkwater. No wonder at least one of them (apparently) wants to leave. They probably all think it's awful here. Maybe not Vaughan given his contract extension, or maybe now he's got buyer's remorse for that!

While the club have made mistakes in recruitment I don’t believe they would, or indeed could stop him appealing.
It smacks more of the patent going into school to complain about their son being disciplined because he wouldn’t behave like that.
