Just my opinions unless it's a FACT, in which case it's a fact.

I hope when the season starts all the "silly season" willy waving will stop. In fact I'm hoping it stops sooner than that, but I'm not holding my breath.

Neither glass half full or empty. Just a realist.

My worth may not be calculated in rubies and diamonds, BUT, there is one thing I thank the Lord and the little baby Jesus for.......

.....I'M NOT FROM WIGAN

I am truly blessed. Hallelujah, brother.

On reflection I was disappointed that we have lost the excitable little man Sandow.
But I've always thought Brown is a very clever distributor and he'll fit in fine. Jonathon Davies always waxes lyrical about the skills of Kevin Brown ... and he does know his back play. I think we have done well.
I really couldn't give a toss about the money we've paid ... I don't think we are short of money.

Disappointed about Sandow but OK with Brown, and probably the best available out there.
Take your point about the fee, but I do want us to have a sustainable business model and NOT rely on a 'sugar daddy'.
If we're funding purchases out of real profit then that's fine for me.
I like our board to use there 'business acumen' and 'rugby league nouse' rather than their wallets.

Playing in two big finals must have helped us with our finances.

£250k, hence disclosed fee. Don't want to look like we have had our pants pulled down. Which, for that fee, for a player who is good, but wont play a full season,we clearly have!!

We offered £400k for Williams by all accounts.....
