I have no respect for Offiah.

Someone should remind him about the time he refused to go and collect his losing medal at Wembley. I believe at that time he was told that he came very close to a charge of bringing the game into disrepute.

Yes, but 'that team' had won the FA Cup twice under Big Ron. If Warrington had won two Challenge Cups, hell, even got to a final, we wouldn't be hearing about all this.
Arsenal won a couple of league titles when Adams, Merson, Parlour, etc were on the pop all the time.

But you have to remember that side were also massive under acheivers in the league.....Biggest spenders yet a million miles behind Liverpool and Everton.

Ferguson was brought in to finally get them their elusive title, and though it took a while (and plenty more spending), he has eventually delivered in spades.
