The whole team are going.

I think Johns, but much more so Hodgson have had a great effect on Richie.

I think Richie deserves a lot of credit himelf. It's easy to cite the ifluence of others, but the real reason is his attitude and hard work.

They're too seperate things, you have to want to learn, that's attitude - agreed. In order to learn, you have to have good people to learn off, I'm pretty certain that Richie would be the first to cite Hodgson as having a huge influence on his career, in many facets, actually skills, reading a game, how & when to influence, game reading etc etc etc etc ..

Didn't mean they haven't had a big role to play, but plenty of players have played along side, or been coached by, the greats and not made progress.

He has been awesome this year and I can only see him getting better and better, with the squad of players we have and the players TS is bringing through and in the whole team are a real positive influence on each other.
