It certainly does needs sorting and quickly, nothing underneath or weak foundations it will surely implode, in the great scheme of things the cost of running a under 21's can be affordable, a few older players being allowed to gain match fitness, more time for late developers a host of benefits, as Walter states short sighted in capitals.
