Frustrating because this Saints team aren't a patch on their previous GF winners but they are much better at niggle.

We don't look like we have the belief and our playmakera need to up their game massively.

How do stains get away with everything? Lying on, offsides, flops, stepping forward at the play the ball, forward passes......

Williams really has to start showing up in these type of games. He's the dictionary definition of a flat track bully.

For a marquee player, who is supposedly England's best half back, he shows absolutely no desire to grab a game by the throat and actually influence proceedings.

Yes, we are lacking in other areas, especially the other half back, but I expect and want far more from our supposed best player.

We were holding our own so Thaler gave them a bit of a leg up via penalty and letting a forward pass go. Dumb from Drinkwater though, Welsby was oviously going to throw himself on his own head as soon as his first leg was lifted, little scrote. We've done well and turned Saints around so far but this is going to be a valiant loss.

We’re in this. Just our own panic that is taking the pressure off then. The Welsby break coming off his line, the penalty against Crowther on the same spot, the penalties against Williams and Drinkwater have dictated the score line. I’d have got the tee out for the penalty just before half time, it’s kickable at 51/52 meters and we go in 1 score behind.

Keep our nerve and get some field position and we have a chance.

Because they practice gaming the rules and do it well. We havent mastered playing the ball under pressure correctly yet.

Every time we play teams like these they get that two point cushion. We'd still be in this otherwise. If I was from WA9 I'd say it was a conspiracy.
