I guess that means they'll be made of cotton and will have a collar.

No the players shirt is tight fitting and has the little rubber bits on the front.
The club have said the collar on the rep shirt is identical to rhe players.

I ordered the home shirt for the lad today. I didn't ask for printing on the back because I want him to be able to exchange it if it doesn't fit so I ordered him a £10 voucher to go with it so he can use it to get his name/number of choice added later. Does anyone with experience of this sort of thing know if the shop just print it up there and then if I take it in after Christmas, or will it be a "pick it up next week" type affair?

No I haven't tried ringing them. It's nearly midnight.

It only takes a few minutes, so I'd assume they do it there and then. I've never had it done though so don't take my word for it.

It's probably differs depending on who serves you in my experience.

Got names put on my children's shirts last season. Had to leave them for about a week.

Sack that then. He can keep his shirt plain and spend his voucher on one of the other bits of tat they sell in there.
