Why would you leave one of the best support players in SL out of your 17? Believe this one when the side's announced.

Word going around today was he has been dropped with;

Briers and Monas in the halves.
Clarke starting at hooker with Micky interchange hooker.

this is all speculation at the moment but I had a feeling this might happen (IF it does)...gutted for him I really am...but this is a team game...no player is bigger than the team, and if TS thinks the best team to win the cup doesn't feature Myler, then so be it...he'll get his chance..either later this year in the play offs..or next year when we compete on all fronts again.

Tough for the lad if true real tough and not an easy thing to deal with.

I know it was because Catalans got to him over in France that he dropped him to the bench but I don't think Myler has faced Leeds once this season due to injury so you can't make same case? I would of expected him to be at least on the bench.

If he is dropped then what would happen if we faced Leeds in the playoffs would he be dropped again?

i wouldn't believe this, its taking out one of our main strike weapons, i think it weakens us slightly more than it strengthens it.

i have also heard he has been dropped.

Interesting selection if true..... if it is true and we lose smith could find himself 'getting the blame'

Personally I'd start Myler but if it's true he's not starting, give him a bench spot... Let's face it, Briers, Myler & Monas at 6, 7 & 9 after Clarke is subbed is better than Briers, Monas & Higham... Even Briers and Monas on their own would be better than with Higham! He's toilet!!
