Bridge is an attacking centre like Phil blake and Johnathan davies and should be used as such.... neither davies or Blake were excellent half backs but were two of the best players I've ever seen...bridge is not a half back....

and Also can we imagine Robinson signing for Saints then getting his automatic GB jersey..... the lord wept......!!!!

Its a not very subtle way of pretending to be in the know, without actually knowing anything. If something is announced he looks good. If nothing happens he will just spout some guff about the deal falling through due to personal terms / injury etc...

saying Bridge is an attacking centre like Blake or Davies is like saying Robinson is an attacking halfback like Andy Gregory

I can't and won't - let's just sit back and watch events unfold.

Nothings ever certain until contracts are signed anyway. Andrew Johns would have returned to Warrington next year had he not retired. Even when contracts are signed things don't always work out - Kevin Campion to name but one example, I could give you more.

I believe Long wanted to come last year - we just wouldn't stump up the cash Saints were requesting.
