Some Wakefield fans apparently gave him a bit afterwards, I am unaware if any Wire fans did and I would hope it is the former that he is on about.
Lets remember he has already virtually had a fight with some Salford fans when he was assistant at Salford in their away game at Catalans.
To be honest if you put yourself into that job of a coach you are going to have to deal with it and not with your fists. Whilst we all agree it is unacceptable you will never stop it.
"Remember last time they were here, the Huddersfield Giants, they lost to a Luke Walsh drop goal. He's only scored four drop goals in his St Helens career has Luke Walsh and each and every one of them have been scored by Luke Walsh"
His reaction to the fans at the time was bad enough but to then continue it with comments like "I think it's out of order and I won't accept that from anyone, no matter how good or bad we're going as a team." is just another example of why Lowes isn't the right man to be a SL coach at the minute. He needs to ignore and/or rise above any crowd 'baiting'. His reaction at the weekend, and continuing through the media, will only make matters worse.
If he is still in the job, he is going to have some 'fun' at The Willows in April!
It seems pretty clear that he is talking about Wire fans when he says that he appreciates they are frustrated. The Wakey fans who were giving him stick weren't doing it through frustration.
