Im confused, last week Ratchford on a grade B charge disputes the grading but still comes away with a 1 game ban even after is EGP. Tiday hearings for Percival and Maguire both on a grade C charge range 2-3 both come away with a 1 game ban, how does thst happen. Before any troll reads this im not being bitter i just dont get it.

For the record Percival disputed his grading but it was upheld so still dont figure how he only gets 1 game.

So, not only is there inconsistency with the refereeing but it also affects the judiciary. You do have to wonder about bias.

Percival's was an unusual one. He kicked the ball in frustration whilst at a 90 degree angle to the ref. He sliced it horribly and it hit the ref, but he didn't even know as he was looking in a different direction. I'm sure the panel were quite willing to let him off, but they probably can't as the RFL are cracking down on touching the refs.

As for the gradings and matches, I raised a similar question on the VT. It's a strange one. I'd also love to see some stats on number of hearings per club and the grades and outcomes. Wigan seem to have their own parking space at the disciplinary hearings, but only once in a blue moon do they get a ban.

This is especially true.
Wigan get very lenient outcomes over and over.
They also seem to be successful on appeals too. Other teams seams to be barking up wrong trees.
